Only after receiving assurances regarding her behavior did the airline consent to reschedule the passenger on the next feasible flight. The executive, who is currently embroiled in a controversy, had taken her seat in the business class of Air India's Delhi-London flight on Tuesday (March 5) when reports suggest she began communicating impolitely with the crew.
