Riding on Azan Awais's fine unbeaten century, Pakistan defeated India by 8 wickets in a league match of the U-19 Asia Cup in Dubai on Sunday. With the win, Pakistan consolidated the top spot in Group A. Saad Baig, who also played an unbeaten knock of 68 runs, put on a fine century stand for the third wicket with Awais (105*) to take Pakistan home with 18 balls remaining. For India, Murugan Abhishek was the lone wicket taker, who picked up two wickets for 55 runs.
