The 11 women members of Haritha Karma Sena (HKS) in Parappanangadi municipality, Malappuram won Rs 10 crore as they bagged the first prize of the monsoon bumper lottery. Their win is also a tale of camaraderie as nine of them had pooled Rs 25 to raise the ticket prize of Rs 250 while the other two shared Rs 12.5 each.
